NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th October, 2019

G.S.R. 759(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 124, read with sub-section (1) section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2019, made by the Board of Trustees of the Paradip Port Trust, as set out in the Schedule annexed to this notification.

2. The said regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

SCHEDULE

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of Paradip Port Trust hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2011, namely:-

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval thereto by the Central Government in the official gazette.

2. In the Paradip Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2011, in the Schedule, under the heading “Recruitment Rules for Class-I Posts under Administrative Department, PPT” against S.No. 5 relating to the post of “PS to Chairman”, in column 9, for entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—

(c) No”
