THE LEPERS (WEST BENGAL REPEALING) ACT, 1985

West Bengal Act XV of 1985

    An Act to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal.

    Whereas it is expedient to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal;

    It is hereby enacted as follows :-

1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Lepers (West Bengal Repealing) Act, 1985.

2. Repeal of Act 3 of 1898. - The Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal, is hereby repealed.
