THE KERALA ESSENTIAL ARTICLES CONTROL (TEMPORARY POWERS) CONTINUANCE ACT, 1967

(No. 1 of 1967)

An Act to continue the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961, for a further period.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Kerala State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Act, 1965 (12 of 1965), the President is pleased to enact as follows:

1. Short title:- This Act may be called the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Continuance Act, 1967.

2. Amendment of Section 1:- In sub-section (3.) of section 1 of the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961 (Kerala Act 3 of 1962) for the words "five years", the words "seven years" shall be substituted.
