Karnataka Civil Services (Typist and Junior Assistants/Second Division Assistants) (Change of Cadre) Rules, 1964

(As amended upto 31st December 1988)

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution and with the previous approval of the Government of India as required by the proviso to sub-section (7) of Section 115 of the State Reorganisation Act, 1956 (Central Act 37 of 1956), the Governor of Karnataka hereby makes the following Rules, namely:-

1. Title.- These rules may be called the Karnataka Civil Services (Typists and Junior Assistants / Second Division Assistants) (Change of Cadre) Rules, 1964.
