Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1986

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d), (e) and (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 35 and clause (c) of Section 36 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1986.

(2) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
