Instruction regarding Gujarat Government Rules of Business, 1990 (as amended up to 10th January 2011)

The following Instructions have been issued by the Governor of Gujarat under rule 15 of the Gujarat Government Rules of Business, 1990. 

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by rule 15 of the Gujarat Government Rules of Business, 1990 and in supersession of the instructions in force immediately before the coming into force of these instructions, the Governor of Gujarat hereby issues the following instructions, namely :‐
