NOTIFICATION

21/B.P.S.C.(Esstt)-01/2014Ka 11961 In exercise of the powers conferred by article 318 of Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to insert the following new regulation 16A after Regulation 16 of the Bihar Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1960. With immediate effect :

"16 A- The Chairman and Member of Bihar Public Service Commission shall be entitled to (Leave Travel Concession) in conformity with the provisions of Rule-7 of the Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1988 (as amended from time to time)."
