CENTRAL COUNCIL OF HOMOEOPATHY
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd August, 2019
No. 12-11/2010-CCH(Pt.II)(1).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i), (j) and (k) of sub-section (1) of section 33 read with sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Council of Homoeopathy, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Homoeopathy (Post Graduate Degree Course) M.D.(Hom.) Regulations, 1989, namely:—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Homoeopathy (Post Graduate Degree Course) M.D.(Hom.) Second Amendment Regulations, 2019
