Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021

AN ACT to repeal the existing Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965 and to re-enact the same in the new dynamic format by doing away certain processes that consume more time and include therein a new system of governance of Ayurved University and colleges.

It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

CHAPTER I

PRELIMINARY

1. (1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021.

    (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 10th November, 2020.
