Coffee (Amendment) Rules, 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 48 read with subsection (2) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (VII of 1942), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Coffee Rules, 1955 namely:—
