In exercise of powers conferred by the sub section (i) of Section 14 of the Bihar Technical Service Commission Act, 2014 (Bihar Act-13/2014) the State Government of Bihar makes the following Rules to execute the provisions of the said Act:
The Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018
1. Short title, extent and commencement- (1):- These Rules may be called "The Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018"
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Definition :- In these Rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context :
(1) "Department" means the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar.
(ii) "Concerned administrative department" means the department which sends the requisition and the department which makes the appointment;
(iii) "Commission" means Bihar Technical Service Commission;
(iv) "Schedule" means the schedule attached with the Bihar Technical Service Commission Act, 2014.
(v) "Online Application" means online application received through computer against the post advertised by Commission.
3. (1) The Commission will publish Advertisement for the posts mentioned in the schedule every year.
(2) The Commission will invite online application for posts mentioned in the schedule of the said Act, 2014
(3) The Commission may invite a single application consolidated online for the posts which require similar academic qualification.
