NOTIFICATION
21/B.P.S.C.(Judi.)-27/2014 Ka-9703. In exercise of the powers conferred by article 318 of Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Regulations to amend the Bihar Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulation, 1960 (as amended from time to time) :
1. Short title and commencement :- (1) These Regulations may be called the "Bihar Public service commission (Condition of service) (amendment) Regulations,2015"
(2) It shall come in to force at once.
2. Sub-regulation (b) of Regulation 4 of the said Regulation, 1960 shall be substituted by the following:
(b) The pension and other retiral-benefits of the members of Bihar Public Service Commission coming from University Service shall be paid by their University. Only their pension and leave contribution shall be sent to related University by the appointee Bihar Public Service Commission for the Service-period in the Commission.
This provision shall be also applicable for the previous members of the Commission coming from University Service."
