Bangalore City Civil Court Act, 1979

(As Amended by Acts 23 of 1980, 11 of 1981 and 26 of 1985)

An Act to provide for the establishment of the City Civil Court in the city of Bangalore. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment of a City Civil Court in the city of Bangalore and matters connected therewith ; BE it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows :-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Bangalore City Civil Court Act, 1979.
