THE ASSAM COMMISSIONERS' POWERS DISTRIBUTION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1940

ASSAM ACT IV OF 1940

    An Act to amend the Assam Commissioners Powers Distribution Act, 1939.

Preamble:- WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Assam Commissioners Powers Distribution Act, 1939.

It is hereby enacted as follows :-

1. Short Title:-  This Act may be called the Assam Commissioners' Powers Distribution (Amendment) Act, 1940.

2. Amendment of Schedule B, Assam Act I of 1939:- In Schedule B of the Assam Commissioners' Powers Distribution Act, 19S9 in column 4 of the first entry for the figures «4(13) '' the figures '3(1 3)" shall be substituted.
